Student Information Service

The Student Information Service is hosted on the HE Portal and enables HEIs to view student information, confirm ongoing attendance (the previous ACR process), complete Change of Circumstance notifications and view financial reports online.

The service offers institutions 2 ways of submitting both Attendance Confirmations and Change of Circumstances, either via the online screens OR via file imports & exports. There is now no option to use the ELP site or paper for ACR returns and  paper CoC Notifications will no longer be accepted.

Should institutions wish to use the CoC import and / or the other ACR import / export facilities, we attach the relevant technical specifications and supporting documentation for your information. We have already forwarded this information to HEIs and all HEI IT Suppliers but you may wish to follow this up within your institution. A test environment for the Student Information Service is available on request. The ACR file has not changed from its current format. The specification below confirms that the format remains the same and therefore no changes are required by institutions systems to send and receive these files.
