The Change of Circumstance (CoC) Service, is part of the wider Student Information Service (SIS), which utilises the HE Portal, allowing HE Providers to advise SLC of changes to a student's circumstances online.
On submission the notifications are sent automatically for processing. All CoCs must be submitted via SIS with the exception of SAAS & PT Grant students (excluding new Welsh PT Loan & Grant students from AY14/15). Changes for SAAS students should be submitted directly to SAAS and for PT Grant students a CoC form should be requested from firstname.lastname@example.org.
Fee Waiver CoCs are automatically created from the information passed from the Bursaries system.
