It is important that the expertise and front-line experience of
these organisations is used to help us make our services as
effective as possible, so that they work for our stakeholders as
well as our customers.
We have put in place a programme of stakeholder engagement
activity to help us do this. The programme of activity
consists of a number of panels, groups and forums, in addition to
the information and advice channels outlined in this section for
universities and colleges, for our other partners and
stakeholders.
For example, we have a stakeholder validation panel consisting
of our 12 most influential, key stakeholders, including some HE
sector bodies and two independent universities, who are regularly
consulted on the overall design of the student finance service.
